2 tbsp vegetable ghee1 medium onion chopped course6 cloves or garlic minced or finely chopped5 ml curry powdercayenne pepper to taste1 small tin tomatoe paste2 cups coconut milk I use one time which is 358 mls1 block 500 mls Firm Tofu
melt ghee add onions and garlic and saute until onions are soft and golden add curry powder and cayenne pepper. Then add tomatoe sauce and coconut milt and stir to mix well and heat through.
Cut the tofu into chucks and saute until golden brown ( I use a teflon pan to save on fat content) Add too sauce mixture when ready.
