Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed1 1/2 cup Pumpkin seed2 cup Rice Crisp cereal2 cup peanut butter (natural)1/3 cup liquid honey1/2 cup ground chia seed1/2 cup ground flax seed2 cup almonds (plain)2 cups walnuts (plain)1/2 cup prunes1 cup raisins
Directions
Heat peanut butter and honey in a large pot. Blend other ingredients (except rice crisps) in a food processor until chunky. Remove peanut butter from heat, and add rice crisps and blended dry ingredients. Stir until completely combined. Line cookie tray with parchment paper and press contents into tray. Cool in refrigerator until completely cool. Cut into servings sizes and wrap with cling wrap. Store in fridge.
