1 1/2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup Karo syrup (light or dark)3 egg whites

Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt

Stir in honey and egg white until blended (dough will be thick and slightly sticky).

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes or just until set (cookies will be soft when pressed).

Do not over-bake. 7 min will make them super fudgy after cooling, adjust to your liking but don't exceed 9 min
