Savory Roasted Butternut Squash with onions and garlic

Ingredients
1.25 lbs butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed1 medium yellow onion, lalved and sliced from pole to pole4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1 tsp crushed rosemary1 tsp crushed thyme1/2 tsp paprika1 tsp Kosher salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper3 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl to distribute the spices evenly among the vegetables. Stir in olive oil and place into a 9x13 baking dish.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, stir gently and bake uncovered for another 15-25 minutes or until onions get a little caramelized and the squash is very tender when poked with a knife.
