cream of wheat "pancake" muffins

Ingredients
2 bananas smashed1 cup yogurt (vanilla)2 cups milk2 tsp vanilla1 cup flour1.5 cups cream of wheat1.5 TBS baking soda0.75-1 tsp salt (optional)
Directions
mix all ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins. bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. serve warm with sugar free syrup or jam. Enjoy.
