Turkey and Cauliflower Chili

Ingredients
I lb ground turkey1/4 head of cauliflower chopped1/2 cup red onion2-3 garlic cloves2 jalapenos chopped (seeds, membrane optional)7 oz. (1/2 can) crushed tomatoes3 tsp ground cinammon3 tbsp chili powder3 tbsp cumin3 tbsp white pepper2 tbsp cayenne3 tbsp paprika1.5 tbsp kosher salt (or to taste)2 cups water
Directions
Starting over medium-high heat, add turkey, onion, jalapenos. Cook until they start to soften and turkey starts to cook thru. Add spices, tomatoes and garlic. Add water and cauliflower and continue on medium boil until cauliflower is really soft.
