Ingredients
1 cup black beans1 cup brown rice1 can tomatoes1/2 bell pepper 1/4 onion1/3 smoked sausage1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp black pepper1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
cook brown rice then set in fridge. Cook black beans set aside. Cook onion, bell pepper, and sausage deglaze with orange juice. When done add beans and chili powder and black pepper, add rice then add tomatoes.
