Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 or so potatoes, peeled8 - 10 baby carrots, sliced2-3 stalks of celery, diced1/2 large onion, diced32 oz. chicken broth1/4 c. margarine1 can. chicken broth
Directions
Dice onions celery and carrots. Simmer in chicken broth for 5 or so minutes. Add in potatoes and add water to cover. Allow to simmer until potatoes are soft. Add evaporated milk and butter. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
