1 onion diced2 cups chopped mushrooms2 Chicken apple chardonnay sausages (precooked)1 can organic pumpkin4 cups low sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth.25 cups of coconut milk unsweetened2 tbsp olive oil3 tsp sage2 tsp thymesalt and pepper to taste
saute onion and mushroom in olive oil until brown. Add sausage and let saute for 2 more minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes so flavors can mix. Serve with fresh sage sprinkled across top.
