Pork 1.25 lbPumpkin 1/4 plantain 1Yautia 1 Batata 1Corn 3 EarsPotato 1Cilantro
Cook in medium high the pork in water and cilantro (to be taken out later).
Cut all Vegetables (except the plantain) on small size portions (about 1.5" aprox)
Once the pork is cooked, add all vegetables and grate the plantain and cook in medium until all are tender.
Let stand if you don't like it very hot.
