Ingredients
3 roasted egg plantMCT oilsaltfresh garlicsmoked flavoring
Directions
Wash, cut the stem and prick 3 egg plants
Roast at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour or until the insides are soft.
Let cool

Cut into cubes and put in your food processor with 2 cloves fresh garlic,1 TBS smoked flavoring 1 TBS MCT or olive oil & salt to taste. Serve with pita chips or sliced veggies
