Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squashsea saltBragg's Seasoningscooking spray
Directions
Cut whole squash in half, widthwise, so you have two short pieces, versus two long pieces. Spray with cooking spray, salt with sea salt, and use Bragg's seasonings, or other such seasonings to taste. Put on a cooking or baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven and let set for 5 minutes. Use fork to take strands out of squash and serve!
