3.5 cups flour3 cups sugar1 tsp baking soda1 1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 can (1.5 cups) pumpkin4 eggs1 cup oil2/3 cup waterNuts ** not included in nutritional data* if desired
1. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add Egg, Water, Oil, Pumpkin and mix until blended. Mixture will be thick.
3. Pour into loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray
4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean in center of loaf.
5. cool on racks.Can flip out of pan and wrap in plastic wrap or cover in pans.
Serving Size: Makes 3 small loaves. About 8 slices per loaf
