Libby's light version pie filling

18 packets of splenda½ tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon½ tsp ginger¼ tsp cloves4 egg whites1 can (15oz) 100% Pure Pumpkin1 can (12oz) Fat Free Evaporated milk
MIX splenda, salt and spices in a small bowl and set aside.
BEAT eggs whites in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and splenda-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
POUR into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350.
BAKE 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
