2 cups shell pasta2 portobello mushrooms chopped1 cup frozen spinach1/4 cup chopped onion2 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta. Suate mushrooms, oinion, spinach in evoo. Drain pasta. Mix together and enjoy!
