Ingredients
3/4 cup of flourdash of salt1 1/4 c of milk1 egg10 tsp. of butter
Directions
mix flour and salt and make a well in the middle. Beat milk and egg together then gradually add to the flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes. Heat skillet to med add 1 tsp. butter. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the round skillet. Tip the skillet to make batter even all over. Cook until brown flip and repeat. Top with whatever you like.
