2 pounds Center Cut Pork Loin2 Large Onions, Sliced8 Medium Potatoes, Cut to Fit8 Carrots, Cut to Fit4 Stalks Celery, Cut to Fit1 tsp Dried Garlic1 tsp Dried Rosemary1 tsp Dried Sage1 Tsp Dried Thyme1 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Trim excess fat from pork loin.
Rub pork loin with spices.
Place in crock pot fat side down
Add vegetables, cut to fit into crock pot
Turn on low and cook until pork is tender - 4-8 hours.
