Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained1 pint cherry tomatoes1 red sweet bell pepper1 cucumber diced with peel4 chopped green onions3 T. fresh cilantro, choppedDressing:3 T. Lemon juice2 T. olive oil1 garlic clove, minced3/4 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
combine all ingredients except dressing ingredients. Combine dressing seperately, then mix well.
Add mixed dressing and mix salad well.
Chill a few hours before serving.
