Sprouted Bean Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 cup TruRoots Sprouted Bean Trio2 small potatoes2 large carrots2 medium mushrooms, fresh1 cup chopped kale2 cups canned tomato sauce4 cups water1 clove garlic1/2 small onion, choppedSeason with: Sea Salt Basil Oregano
Directions
Saute chopped onion and garlic until tender, then put in small crockpot. Dice all vegetables, then add to crockpot. Pour in canned tomatoes, then add water. Season with sea salt, basil and oregano. Cook on low heat in crockpot for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
