Sandwich: Ham, Tomato, Avocado and Cheese

Ingredients
2 slices of ham1 tomatoCheddar Slices, thin80 grams Black Forest Ham4 thin slices red onion1 tsp dijon mustard1/2 avocado1 tsp Becel pro active
Directions
- take bread out if frozen
- slice tomato
- slice cheese thin
- slice red onion
- take out mayonnaise and mustard

Assemble sandwich as follows:
1. slice of bread
2. spread becel, then mustard
3. add ham
4. add tomato slices
5. sprinkle black pepper
5. slice avocado and add, sprinkle salt
6. add onion slices
7. add cheese
8. close with other slice of bread






- slice avocado and sprinkle lemon juice to prevent darkening
