Stuffed Peppers, no rice

Ingredients
8 bell peppers2 lbs of chicken or turkey italian sausage1 cup sweet onion1/2 cup mozzarella cheese1/2 cup parmesan cheeseoptional:add brown, jamine, rose or white rice to recipe for a filler.
Directions
Brown chicken or turkey.
Saute onions.
Place all in bell peppers.
Top with cheese.
Place in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
