1 Box Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix1 16 oz can pumpkin3 eggs
Pre heat oven to 350 mix pumpkin and eggs together, sift in cake mix, mix well. Place cupcake liners in muffin pan, spoon in prepaired mix into liners bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean. cool on baking rack

Easiest recipe ever! My husband and son love chocolate muffins for breakfast and it makes me cringe to see them start the day that way, so it's a rare treat. They gobbled these down just as happily, and they are so much healthier. I didn't frost them. You could to make them pretty but not needed. - 11/7/12
