Ingredients
12-14 Brussels sprouts, feathered2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp sea salt3 tsp brown sugar1/8 cup slivered almonds, dry roasted3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Thinly feather 12-14 Brussels sprouts.
Cook garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 10 seconds.
Add sprouts and cook until bright green in color, 6-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt, brown sugar, and almonds.
