Kay's Chicken Parmesan (adapted from Cooking Light)

Ingredients
chicken breasteggstomato saucegarlicbasiloreganoparmesanmozarellabread crumbscooking spray
Directions
dip chicken in beaten egg and dredge in bread crumbs that have been mixed with the herbs/spices (or use Italian-style). spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat, brown chicken on both sides about 5 minutes each side, place in a shallow baking pan and top with tomato sauce mixed with basil and garlic powder. sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and cover with foil. bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. remove foil and top with the mozarella. bake 5 min more or until cheese melts.
