White bean chicken chili

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive oil2 cups diced yellow onion2 Tbs chili powder 1 1/2 tsp cumin ground1 Tbsp garlic minced1 tsp oregano dried3 cans Great northern beans rinsed & drained 15.8 oz2 cans fat free chicken broth20 oz chopped cooked chicken breast1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 ozfreshly ground pepper 1/2 tsp sea salt2 Tbs lime juice
Directions
Heat oil in large dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and saute until tender about 10 minutes. Add Chili powder, cumin and garlic sate 2 minutes. Add drained beans and oregano cook 30 seconds. Add Chicken broth bring to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
Put 2 cups of mixture into blender and process until smooth. Add pureed mixture back into pan.
Add chopped chicken , diced tomato, lime juice, salt & pepper
Makes 8 1 cup servings
