Ingredients
Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 pinchFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tspButter, unsalted, 1 tsp (cold) Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
sift dry ingredents together then add in butter with fork until small crumbs are created. Mix in the egg.
Place dough in 4" greased ramkin can be split into two 3" greased ramkin if desired.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
