Ingredients
soak 5 kinds of beans and lentils in water overnight.Dice the 2 onions, the celeryand the green peppers.
Directions
Saute the onions and add to pot with the beans and all other ingredients. Add the water and the beef broth and spices. Bring to boil then cook on low for app. 4 hours.
