Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil1.5 oz. (about 3 tbsp.) Egg Beaters1.5 tbsp. sugar substitute of choicefew drops vanilla2 tbsp. peanut butter1 tbsp. flax seed1/4 cup oat flourpinch of baking powderpinch of salt1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients, then the dry into a mug. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Microwave 1 minute to a minute- twenty seconds. Cool slightly and enjoy.
