Fruit & Yogurt parfait

Ingredients
Vanilla Yogurt (I use Lite 'N Fit)StrawberriesBlackberriesKiwi(You can change the fruits based on your tastes and what is in season in your area)
Directions
I put a cup of yogurt in a bowl, slice up the strawberries and kiwi, throw in the blackberries, and try not to inhale it in 2 seconds flat! Sometimes I add grapenuts for some crunch and fiber, or almond slivers for extra protein, or a tiny bit of chocolate chips to make it an extra treat. I don't even miss ice cream when I eat this, and it's SO filling!
