*Strawberries, frozen, sweetened, .5 cup*Banana, fresh, 1 medium*Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz*Orange Juice, 4 fl oz*Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp*Strawberry-flavor Whey Protein, powder, 1 serving (2-3 heaping tsp)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend till your desired texture. Pour and Enjoy!
