*Bob's Red Mill Chana Dal Beans (1/2 cup dry), 1 cup (remove) *SILK - Soy Milk Organic Unsweetened (1 serving = 1 cup/8oz), 3.5 serving (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *Flour, white, .1875 cup (remove) *Coleman's Mustard Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Cook Chana dal according to package. Saute onions in pan.
In pot, mix flour, mustard, and .5 c. milk over low heat.
Gradually add the rest of the milk, the onions and the dal. Cook over med. heat for 20-30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 small bowls
