Tuna Salad

5 cans of water contained tuna.about half a cup of light hellman's mayo.about a 1/4 cup of yellow mustard.1/4 cup of finely chopped jalapenos.one medium onion chopped finely.2 spears of sour pickles chopped finely.
I make it on the week end and my boyfriend tells me he makes about 12 medium sandwiches. I am thinking serving size is about half a cup.
Anyway just chop the onions, pickles jalapenos and mix in a bowl with well drained tuna, mayo and mustard, and enjoy! I have in between 2 slices of Nature's own Light bread, they're only 40 calories a piece so the whole sandwhich is less than 200 cals!
