Ingredients
3.5 cups Buckwheat Flour1 cup soy milk1/4 cup olive oil4 Egg Whites1/4 cup honey2tsps.baking powder1 tsp.salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients as you would for muffins. Put in 8X8 pan and bake until knife comes out clean.
