B's homemade wheat bread

Ingredients
3 c warm water1/4 c sugar1.5 T yeastMix and let activateAdd: 2 eggs1/3 c canola oil1/4 c dry milk1 T salt5 c whole wheat flourmix until completely blendedslowly add 2-3 c white flour until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl. Use as little of flour as possible for lighter bread. mix on speed 2 on bosch for 6 minutes. turn off and let rise 30 minutes. seperate into 4 loaves. let raise 35 minutes.
Directions
Bake at 375 for 24-30 minutes until golden brown and bread is cooked through.
