Low-Fat Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1 can Puree Pumpkin1 cup low fat cottage cheese1 cup fage 0% greek yogurt1, 8 oz block of fat free cream cheese or whipped1/3 sugar1/4 salt3 egg whites1 tsp lemon juice2 tsp pumpkin spice2 chocolate gram cracker pie crusts
Directions
In Blender Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into 2 chocolate gram cracker pie crust.


Bake @ 350 for 90 min, cool then chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve Plain or with Cool Whip
