Ingredients
6 cups of spinachgarlicsalt pepperjuice of 1/2 lemonpine nutsvegtable broth
Directions
add oil oil to warm skillet, sautee garlic and pine nuts, add spinach and 1/4 c vegtable broth, simmer till tender. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Stir & enjoy!
