Chicken Chili with Pesto

Ingredients
3/4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces2 tsp. vegetable oil3/4 cup onions chopped1 1/2 cups of carrots finely chopped3/4 cup red bell pepper finely chopped3/4 cup celery finely sliced1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies3/4 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper16 oz. can cannellini beans rinsed14 1/2 oz. can fat free low sodium chicken broth3 Tblsp pesto
Directions
Saute" chicken in nonstick pan with olive oil
Combine all ingredients except pesto sauce in the slow cooker
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Stir in pesto just before serving
