Rizogalo (Rice Pudding) Mk92

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Long grain white rice.1/3 Cup white sugar.1 Litre Full cream milk.Tsp Vanilla essence.2-3 Cloves.Cinnamon to taste.
Directions
Combine Sugar, Milk, Rice, Vanilla Essence & Cloves to a medium sized saucepan and bring the concoction to the boil stirring occasionally. Once achieved a boiling state quickly drop heat down to a simmer and allow to simmer for 40-45 minutes stirring regularly.

Once completed set aside from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Once rested places servings into appropriate bowls and refrigerate or serve warm with a light coating of cinnamon.
