Creamy Spiced and Fruited Steel Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups steel cut oats1/2 cup oat bran2 chopped apples2 1/2 cups almond milk1 1/2 cups water1 tsp allspice1/4 tsp cloves1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup mixed berries2 Tbsp. flax seed of chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil/
Lower heat to simmer and cover. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve with more almond milk, berries and nuts or seeds.
