Pumpkin Applesauce Bread

Ingredients
3 c whole wheat flour1 T baking powder1 t baking soda1/4 t salt2 t cinnamon1 t nutmeg (fresh is best)1 t cardamom (fresh ground best)1 c applesauce3 eggs1 T vanilla1 1/2 cups sugar2 cups canned pumpkin
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350, grease 2 8x4 loaf pans.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients and stir until barely combined.
4. Place batter in greased pans and bake for 45-55 minutes, until done in center.
5. Let cool in pans 10 minutes before slicing.
