Raw Chocolate Avocado "Milkshake"

Ingredients
1/4 cup ground pumpkin seeds (or hemp seeds, soaked almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews)2 heaping Tbsp raw cocoa powder1 avocado1 large banana, frozen2 Tbsp raw honey, agave or maple syrupdash sea salt3/4 to 1 cup water4 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender; add more water to thin, if deisred. "Chew" for better digestion.
