Whole wheat stuffing Muffins with Morningstar farms sausage and mushrooms

10 slices whole wheat bread, cubes and toasted4 Tbsp light butter1 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup finely chopped celery1 cup chopped mushrooms4 morningstar farms breakfast sausage patties2 cups chicken/turkey stocksalt/pepper1 Tbsp thyme
Saute onions and celery in butter. Add mushrooms and sausage. Add seasonings. Add that mix to bread and moisten with stock. Form into 12 balls and place into a muffin tin sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crisp and brown.
