93% Lean Ground Beef & Black Bean Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1/2 Green Bell Pepper1/4 cup frozen chopped onion2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. pepper1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes1 cup salsa3 cups shredded Romaine lettuce (approx. 3 Romaine hearts)3/4 c. Shredded Mexican cheese1 bag Low-Fat Baked Tortilla Chips
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add green peppers and onions. While this is cooking, rinse and drain black beans. Smash beans with a potato masher. Finish browning beef. Drain. Add black beans and seasonings. Add a bit of water to moisten. Cook until warmed through.

Serve on top of low fat tortilla chips. Add salsa and shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
