Ingredients
Mix, 1 egg, 1Tablespoon sugar, 3 tsps baking powder, 3 tablespoons of applesause with 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, with 1 & 1/4 cup milk and 1 cup of flour. you can add cinammon or 1/2 cup blueberries or other berries or bannanas just remember this will alter the calorie count. (1/2 tsp salt optional).Cook until bubbling then flip over. Use pam cooking spray in a large skillet or griddle makes about 9 pancakes.
