Beef Stroganuaf with out sour cream

Ingredients
16 oz top sirloin cut into strips1 cup or brick of cream cheese1 cup fresh mushrooms1 tsp dried ground marjoram1 tbsp cumin1 tsp mustard
Directions
brown sirloin and add mushroom, and spices
simmer for 45 minutes
then add soften cream cheese and simmer until melted
