Lemon Mustard Turkey Breast

1 lb turkey breast, thin sliced2 tsp lemon pepper seasonings2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp fresh parsley, choppedLemon wedges for garnish
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat pan over medium heat for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle both sides of turkey cutlets with lemon pepper. Place turkey in hot skillet and saute' for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until browned and no longer pink in the center.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mixing well. Add to pan and cook until heated through.
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.

Didn't have lemon pepper, but used lemon juice & black pepper. I sliced the turkey breast very thinly, combined all the other ingredients and poured over the meat, leaving the mixture to marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours. Then heated the skillet & cooked as directed. Tasty! - 12/5/11
