Roasted Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)

Ingredients
15 oz can of chickpeas1 tbs olive oil1/2 tsp salt2 tsp seasoning/spice mix
Directions
-Preheat oven to 400°F.
-Drain and rinse chickpeas in a colander. Pat dry. *Do not continue until chickpeas are completely dry or they will be chewy/soggy!
-In a medium sized bowl, combine chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, and spices.
-Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake approximately 30 minutes (or until crisp) shaking pan to move chickpeas periodically.
-When done, can add more spices for add'l flavoring or serve and enjoy as is
