Ingredients
Peas, frozen, 2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1.5 cup *Skinner Spaghetti , 11 oz Turkey (shredded), 2 cup, Garlic, 1.5 tsp *minced onion, 1.5 tbsp *Silk Pure Almond (Original), 2.25 cup *Chicken simply stock Knorr, 3 cups Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *AP Flour, .5 cup *Smart Balance Light Butter with Flax Oil, 8 tbsp
Directions
1. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2. Heat oven to 350ºF.
3. Mix broth, milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
4. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, garlic, and onion. Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
