wilted spinach salad

Ingredients
4 cups baby spinach fresh1 hard boiled egg chopped1/4 cup chopped apples2 bacon slices crumbledremaining hot drippings1/4 cup diced tomato 2 tblspoons light balsamic dressing
Directions
cook 2 slices bacon that has already been cut up. assemble rest of ingredients in salad bowl.
add balsamic to drippings that have cooled a bit. Caution will splatter. pour over salad and toss to coat. Eat right away. This salad is filling, tasty and good for you. Big bacon flavor without all the "bad" vary ingedients to taste. Enjoy.
