Chicken Picatta

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breastsJuice of 1 lemon (~ 1/4 c)2 tbsp olive oil1/4 c flour, seasoned1/4 c white wine1/2 cup chicken broth1 tbsp capers3 artichoke hearts
Directions
Dredge chicken in flour and brown in olive oil. Transfer to a 13x9 pan and cook through for ~ 20 min. at 350 in oven. Brown the garlic and artichokes briefly. Add the liquid and capers, and let sauce cook down to desired consistency. Drizzle sauce over the chicken.
